Alex and the team at Windows Tech are amazing. From the get go, the team were knowledgeable in advising us about the product, and helped arranged a weekend to show us the product itself in detail. The lead time was up to 6 weeks which was much faster than anyone else (some we had to wait 12 weeks and ours came within a month) and price was competitive. Install was smooth, and efficient. Nothing to fault. Will be calling these guys again if I have more windows to replace for sure! Thanks again team, Alex, Ana and Jeannie and Vlad.

Would highly recommend! We recently had two windows replaced by Windows Tech, and the whole process was incredibly easy. They were quick to respond to my questions, communicated clearly throughout, and offered a very competitive price compared to the five quotes I received.

When it came to installation, the team was professional, efficient, and kept us well informed the entire time. If we decide to replace more windows in the future, we’ll definitely be using them again.

I must commend Alex and his employees on the swift and professional service they provided. My old deteriorating windows were exposed to wind and rain as well as the salt air from living close to the beach. The Windows Tech frame will ensure durability, as well as extra noise reduction and thermal insulation within my apartment block. My newly installed windows and front door is an aesthetic as well as practical improvement that will definately add value to my apartment as can be seen in the photos.

Alex and the team did an awesome job installing our new double glazed windows. Makes a big difference in temperature and noise, which is perfect given that were under the flight path and the construction next door (doesn't eliminate plane noise, but helps a lot). Quick turnaround between deposit and installation. We ended up with larger architraves than we used to have, so it might be worth asking about that beforehand. Alex was super helpful answering all my questions about things like the direction the glass was facing and gaps between the architraves and the wall (the windows are plumb, so if your walls are not, there's a gap). Be prepared for all the work to finish it off: filling, sanding, painting, etc. I'm still not quite done with that!

Alex and the team did a fantastic job with our windows. Super professional from quoting to organising install, very quick & efficient work on the install itself, and a real high quality product. We couldn't be happier with what we have had installed, I would highly recommend!

Alex and team were amazing. They managed to squeeze in the work right before Christmas, were very professional, and super responsive to all of our questions. And the work itself is great, the double glazed glass has almost completely removed the issues we had with trucks and heavy traffic and really modernized the look of our place! Thanks for all your help guys, we love it!

My Body Corporate engaged Alex at Windows Tech after they won a very competitive tender to replace our external kitchen and bathroom windows across all of our 25 units.

Not only were their prices the most competitive, but the quality of their product, their consistent communication throughout the project and the timing in which they installed the windows exceeded all of our expectations.

Windows Tech is a truly professional organisation that is easily the market leader in their field. Thank you to Alex & the team for all of their dedication and hard work!
